A simple website usually takes 2–3 weeks. Full branding plus a custom site is closer to 4–6 weeks. Software projects depend entirely on scope — we'll give you a clear timeline before any work starts.
Do you work with businesses outside Dar es Salaam? +
Yes — most of our communication happens over WhatsApp, email, and video calls, so location isn't a barrier. We've worked with clients across Tanzania.
What if I only need one service, not a full package? +
That's completely fine — most of our clients start with one service (often a logo or a simple site) and come back later for more. There's no minimum package requirement.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch? +
Yes. Every project includes a short post-launch support window, and we offer monthly retainers for clients who want ongoing updates, fixes, or IT support.
How does payment work? +
Typically a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due on delivery. For larger projects, we can split payment across milestones.
