01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Outlink website (outlink.co.tz) and any services offered by Outlink ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or engaging us for a service, you agree to these Terms.
This page also includes our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our website.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
02 Who We Are
Outlink (registered as Outlink Binary under BRELA, Tanzania) is a tech and creative studio based in Dar es Salaam, offering web design and development, graphic design, IT support, software development, and branding services.
For any questions about these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you can reach us using the contact details in Section 15.
03 Using Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers, or any connected systems.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content without our permission.
- Upload or transmit anything harmful, including viruses or malicious code.
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting us through the website.
We may suspend or restrict access to our website for anyone who violates these Terms.
04 Services & Engagements
Information on our website (including service descriptions and pricing guides) is provided for general reference and does not itself constitute a binding offer. Specific project terms, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are confirmed separately through a written proposal and/or Service Agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
Where any term on this page conflicts with a signed Service Agreement for a specific project, the signed Service Agreement takes precedence.
05 Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Outlink name, logo, brand mark, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Outlink and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables (websites, designs, software, etc.) are governed by the Service Agreement for that specific project, not by these Terms.
